      Pros

      Coworkers make this job enjoyable and being able to work without being micromanaged is nice.

      Cons

      Constant promises that management will change things for the better but never happens. Management will never listen to suggestions even when asked. Forced to work alone with impossible deadlines and even impossible work. If you want to be thrown out into the field bringing 300-400 pound machines up dozens of steps by yourself this is the place for you.
