      Good people, if you know who you can trust

      Cons

      Management only cares about money. Stressful work environment. Annual wage increases are usually consumed by the hike in insurance premiums the employees have to pay. You will never improve your living standards. No place for advancement. Noticeable favoritism !!, The company has had discrimination cases filed against it.

      Pros

      Ability to make a change, shifting towards a customer focused environment, many of the team are helpful. The people I work with are good folks, some are swamped with work and can be a little standoffish, but they still try to help.

      Cons

      Benefits are not good, the pay is not great, and the merit cycle is a major morale issue. As some have mentioned, the influence of the Sears legacy is a real concern with many of the customer facing employees. Many of the old time employees hate how the customer has been treated for the last few years, as they should.
