Good benefits 401k with company match 5% paid holidays, sick pay and vacation. This company work is very reliable

Cons

Your yearly review you’ll get a .50 cent or less raise. If you want more you need to leave company elsewhere then they MIGHT offer more. Micromanaging is annoying with company policies keeps us from getting work done
