Pros

Hard to believe in a company of over 1,000 employees, but the entire staff (operational, back-office, sales, leadership, etc.) are all very nice people. They make you feel welcome when you are new, and make coming to work easy. You are surrounded by people that you would consider friends, and spend time with outside of work.

Cons

Sometimes lack commitment to new plans & ideas.

Pros

WASH's employees have been around for a very long time! This company makes you feel like family. It's a growing company with lots of opportunities for advancement. Many employees (new and seasoned) have been internally promoted to roles that have become available as we continue to expand our geographical footprint. WASH is very respectful of our off-the-clock time which makes it easy to have a work/life balance.

Cons

The company is spread out throughout North America. Employees often work closely with other employees in different areas of the continent (via email, phone, and Skype) but don't really get a chance to meet them in person.

Easy work with good schedule. Able to take time to get the job done right and not a boss in your face all day.

Cons

Pay is not worth all the hard work put in. Constant work with other employees. Never any alone work time.
