      Getting a paycheck twice a month.

      The whole company . It’s starts at the top and trickles down. Favoritism Is a common theme there. High school atmosphere. So much to add to the con side I rather not type it all. Just don’t work here . Take your talents elsewhere.

      401k The people you work for can make work fun at times. Regular Monday - Friday job and overtime if your hourly. The new CEO looks like he genuinely cares about the company

      Where to start Like the previous review everyone from upper management has some ties to Sears Holdings. Upper management just care about their numbers. There is huge turnover in accounting, revenue processing, and I also hear the customer service department and call center department have trouble keeping people. People quit or go on leave due to high stress levels. Heavy favoritism. Oh and there is mandatory overtime due to high turnover and if you don't comply you will be written up. Oh let's not forget about the gossip, I hear that the customer service department is the worst, look at wash Yelp reviews 1 star.

      Pros

      Great leadership, work life balance, great advances in technology for employees, awesome perks and ability to give back to the community. This company has so many rewards it’s hard to believe it still exist

      Cons

      A lot of changes happening and sometimes hard to keep up , but worth it in the end.
