Pros

For the first five years, I was employed with wash.I had an amazing team. There was clear expectation and communication within the Sacramento branch. There was kindness between employees and supervisors. I was reviewed for a raise yearly, sometimes more than once a year. I was compensated very competitively.

Cons

Poor communication and leadership from upper management. No clear expectations or goals for the company that were relayed to the employees. There was no room for advancement.

Pros

Take home work phone (that i’m sure they monitor to just track you or give you lecture when they call and you don’t pick up because you’re busy working) A paycheck every other Thursday (the only thing that’s reliable and constant) Benefits are good for what it is signing bonus sick time/vacation Occasional free lunch Safety gear provided when requested, tools provided. Free coffee / Water You will get 40 hours / week Branch manager feels trustworthy and up front Camera in the workplace to back up my review that I’m writing

Cons

An employee has gotten into 2 vehicle collisions within 12 months but not disciplined/terminated. Seems nonchalant on the bad behavior. Discipline seems situational, depending on who the employee is. Favoritism is a theme. Burn out - work solo most of the time, as many machines as a work day can fit. Disregard of employee needs for e.g, taking breaks from Heat, needing to find bathroom or a place to wash up. If they feel like you took long to get back to the shop, they think you’re just lazy, and they start following you around and confronting what took so long. You become magnified and they stop paying attention to other employee errors. It’s ridiculous I have to take pictures of other’s work to prove it, requiring you to throw people under the bus. When you run into something new, they expect you to have learned it already since it’s passed the 6 month mark.
