good training. Friendly co-workers.

Cons

no middle management. They are not the best organized because they buying a lot of companies. They don't have a concept taking care of there employees. They don't any advice form employees on the market they entered

Pros

Salary was decent depending on the department you worked in. Excellent benefits.

Cons

Too many people were put into a management/leadership role that didn't belong. They didn't know what they were doing and skated by because of who they are good friends with in the company. HR does not investigate cases properly and the good/hard workers end up leaving due to lack of growth and horrible management.
