Pros

WASH's employees have been around for a very long time! This company makes you feel like family. It's a growing company with lots of opportunities for advancement. Many employees (new and seasoned) have been internally promoted to roles that have become available as we continue to expand our geographical footprint. WASH is very respectful of our off-the-clock time which makes it easy to have a work/life balance.

Cons

The company is spread out throughout North America. Employees often work closely with other employees in different areas of the continent (via email, phone, and Skype) but don't really get a chance to meet them in person.

Pros

You get a paycheck biweekly You get vacation PTO and sick pay

Cons

You’re not valued as an employee for your hard work Employee burnout is real here- employees take leave of absences or call out sick all the time because it is so stressful You’re expected to function as a robot instead of a human being-management’s expectations are perfection from employees Good employees leave because of lack of growth and lack of employee consideration Underpaid-they find ways to keep you from getting raises and make up systems where they take points on QA calls so they can say you did a terrible job and not give you a raise Overworked- management always changes things because they fail to see that their system is the problem and not their employees Micromanagement - They expect you to take the abuse from clients because all they care about is money Toxic office culture- people here are petty and miserable and there is a lack of integrity with management favoritism You only get promoted by throwing others under the bus and kissing a**, and this is encouraged by management. If you value yourself and your time, don’t work here.
