Cons

I manage a 190 unit condo complex in Waipahu, Hi. We have a service contract with these people and they provide lousy service! They do not answer your calls and they do not respond to requests for repair. 50% of my machines have not worked in over a month! When you call them they say that their tech was there on some random date yet 1/2 of my machines are not working as of today. They are always available to collect the coins! We have about had it with them!

Pros

Some of the best reasons to work for WASH: The people, the opportunities (given you work hard), and the history behind the company. Hard work WILL NOT go unnoticed at this company. We are still a family.

Cons

There are certain difficult people within the organization... but you know what? There are difficult people everywhere in life. There aren't many cons... Sometimes it takes a reeeaaallllyyy long time for some departments to respond to my emails. That's about all I can think of.

Pros

Salary was decent depending on the department you worked in. Excellent benefits.

Cons

Too many people were put into a management/leadership role that didn't belong. They didn't know what they were doing and skated by because of who they are good friends with in the company. HR does not investigate cases properly and the good/hard workers end up leaving due to lack of growth and horrible management.
