"Management" as well as “Human Resources” are extremely messy and the IT organization is poorly managed. Just a complete unprofessional environment. Not worth the stress from the constant drama and lies, even at their over-market pay rates. Very childish people (nitpicking, exclusion from meetings, etc.). Management plays favoritism. Egregious HR issues are disregarded if reported by some staff; while other trivial, or even non-issue, are reported and HR would take up arms against certain individuals. The App Dev team comprised of recently graduated "Engineers" with very little coding experience. Project manager can't even manage a project as many deadlines are regularly missed and budgets always overran. The Mobile app is extremely buggy and not even functional at times. How difficult is it to start a washer or a dryer with your phone? Apparently extremely difficult and time consuming. Don't work for this toxic place unless you want to surround yourself with incompetence.
