      good to learn management stuff here

      Pros

      Good work-life balance. You can do your RnD as you will get lot of idle time.

      Cons

      no scope to learn while working. Hike/Bonus - don't expect much. Management appreciate ppl who are good in talking and not good on technical part. Lots of office politics.
