Offer fair amount of bonus and stock (which goes up and down worse than any rollercoaster), free bagels on Friday and coffee every day

Cons

Terrible benefits, don't care much about employees or local community, many different company cultures thrown into one and many overlaps in almost every area, not the best pay, don't care about education levels, so many obstacles that the company doesn't do well to avert and they continue to make poor decisions
