All that’s promoted to attract people to work for them, my advice is to run. They follow any of their programs. Empty promises, mistreatment, they train management to not commit any harrassment , bullying, what diversity & inclusion.

There are work to do. My manager is very good.

Cons

If you're a new grad with passion, this place will kill it. Code base is horrible, lots of horribly written code. Seems like they just want spaghetti code that works and not care about any efficiency or scalability. Many of the engineers here are very competent. You won't learn much here.
