Pros

Great working environment. Technical teams are made up of great people.

Cons

WD acquired two companies, HGST and San Disk. The management from these companies is moving the WD in a direction that does not take advantage of the existing talent and experience. My management worked tirelessly to keep the things together as legacy WD to no avail.

good work life balance. good pay. cutting edge technology. travel opportunities.

Cons

nothing much. Maybe one advise would be to not over hire people so that they do not have to lay off ppl when business is down.
