Integration WD/HGST/SanDisk underway. Although challenging going smoothly. New culture feeling very good. The company has an amazing product portfolio. Data industry offers so much opportunity.

Cons

It's hard to come up with Cons right now. IT Systems in the company legacies systems are being merged. This poses challenges. There is a path to getting it resolved. Should be completed in 24 months. Company definitely investing to getting it done!

Exciting, leading-edge high-tech manufacturer. Lots of success over the past 10 years, is now emerging as the Leader in the mass-storage industry. Future appears bright.

Cons

Past few years have seen huge acquisitions of other, similar companies. Upper Management seems to be reeling a bit from overactivity. Employees feel that there is no steady hand at the helm. Lots of disparity regarding pay and benefits for employees of the various entities.
