      Smart people are leaving. Hard to have balance between work and life. different department has different working style. Some of them are very tough. Some of them are nice.

      Long working hour, less respectation to employees, poor medical benefit .

      It's located in Irvine, best city to work at in SoCal.

      Cons

      Bad culture. People are lack of responsibility and ownership. Pointing fingers and yelling all the time in the meeting. Bad Management, especially working in a firmware group. Management always handle things in a HW perspective. They don't listen, they have no patience, and no respect to the team. They treat things personally. Being salty and sarcastic. Avoid coming here if you want to learn new tech.
