      Pros

      Good salaries. Coworkers are friendly. Bonuses are nice.

      Cons

      The people who do not know what they are doing are the loudest. Forced vacations. Things can turn from calm to hectic in seconds.

      Pros

      1) Due to more than 2/3 and almost dev sites and mfg sites were ex-IBM SSD (Hitachi acquired IBM SSD's HDD business since 2003), basically it still has IBM culture, one of keys is to respect individual. As long as you can contribute, no matter where you come from, you will be respected. 2) Multi-cutures and harmony working environment.

      Cons

      Sometimes commonality not so satsifactory due to two dev sites although majority of the items are commonized.
