Pros

Culture of team -work. Strong Leadership with vision for future beyond devices and manufacturing. Great opportunities to build your career and get involved in ground up initiatives. If you are a self starter with an interest in building something of real value, then Western Digital has many opportunities .

Cons

Multiple locations in bay area and across the globe make it a challenge for all employees to come together as one. People don't know who Western Digital is, so if you want company name cred then you have to make that happen from within.
