      Not a bad place to work

      Pros

      I've always liked and respected my management team. The company is constantly adding more perks (free lunch once a week, new gym, Crossfit, onsite medical offices, free breakfast on Fridays).

      Cons

      Not a lot of mobility within the company to move to another department and pick up a new skill set. We've recently lost a lot of really seasoned employees due to layoffs or retirement and we do not have a good way of passing down their tribal knowledge. Because we are a lot of legacy companies brought together as one, our infastructure is still old and moves slowly. Medical and Dental benefits are really terrible (high deductible plans).

      Overall a good place to work. Decent benefits and salary. SSD drive area growing.

      Cons

      Constant re-structuring every six months. Hard disk drive sector shrinking, resulting in frequent layoffs.

      Fair flexibility. Mgmt is comfortable with role transitions to support the greater company need and enable professional exposure

      Cons

      Professional development only comes from business desperation, rather than recognizing employee potential and fitting their capabilities. Depending on the role, could be very long hours given the international communications
