Pros

Great benefits, salary, stocks and overall compensation. Flexible working environment. Was able to work from home if need be.

Cons

Used to be great place to work about 6 years ago. Now, the environment is different. Too many re-organization. Most positions in Irvine (Southern California) are shifted to Northern California (Milpitas & San Jose), Asia or completely eliminated. Employees in Southern California feel ignore or like second class. Management lags vision and strategy the past few years.

-Salary is good if negotiated well at the time of offer - Typically salary is adjusted every year. - Bonus can be 200% of target if the company does well

Cons

- Very old waterfall culture - You wont feel like you fit in any other fast paced web companies if you were to interview outside. - Highly political!
