Largest pure play storage provider after acquisitions of HGST and SanDisk. Well positioned in market place across client, Enterprise and Cloud with rotating disk and NAND based technology. Generally strong management team. Improving financials.

Cons

Integration challenges with multiple companies, integration related lay-offs and multiple cultures. However, foundational culture is strong and long term prospects remain positive.

Cons

Serious lack of leadership a the VP and Director level. The executive EVP level is good with good plans for improvement, the next layer needs to truly embrace leadership principles and run their organizations professionally vs like a high school popularity contest.
