decent benefits, also 401k and stock options. not a lot of pros here. if you do, negotiate a high salary because you wont get a raise or promotion.

Cons

they do not promote from within, not honest with promotions or raises

An opportunity to develop the future of storage technology while working with smart coworkers on a global team. Complex and challenging problems to solve give innovative employees a chance to stand out.

Cons

Company has roots in the slow-moving engineering cultures of IBM and Hitachi, and is more resistant to change than other places I worked. Leads to using outdated development tools and methodologies compared to younger more nimble companies.
