Pros

Stable company with consitent profit, hence - regular profit sharing payments (sometimes up to twice your target incentive percentage)

Cons

Base salaries are moderate. It is very difficult to get promotion (I am a lucky one, thanks to my management). Vacations are short (13 work days at start, no floating holidays) until 4 years of service. In addition, the company "recommends" using your vacation accruals every quarter (!). In general, the company is stingy on small things. The working environment depends on your first and second line managers – as probably in most big companies. Again, I am lucky to have a great manager and interesting software projects.

Cons

long-time employees overlooked for advancement opportunities,
