WD was good in past 2015-2020. Currenlty don't see any point. All cons were in other way.

Cons

Politics - Non technical people sitting on top to management in CSS division. Favouritism - Tamilians almost 80 % are tamilians. You will be left out. Micro management - Managers are doing micro management. No power to HR's to ask questions from managers for their behaviour. No clear future path. No action taken by hire managerment in case of complaint.
