1)They Layoff at even mid experience level is concerning 2) Co-workers don't share knowledge generously 3) They is no career growth in any aspect 4) CEO is not from memory industry background, so future demand prediction and preparing for the memory market down turn, he is not expert in those and still takes hefty pay despite company made less profits in 2022 5) Company Financials are weak, such that if market is down for 2 or more quarters they distract from future products roadmaps and focus on cost cutting
