      Pros

      Overall, the people at Wells are knowledgeable, friendly, and work hard. You don't generally see team members dropping the ball, everyone contributes, and the culture is overall laid back and fun. The precast product is generally fantastic and very high quality.

      Cons

      Would like to see a hybrid work schedule be implemented for those who can work from home 2-3 days a week, the company tends to want people in the office full time.
