People are very cold, no one seems to even say 'hello' when a meeting starts on line. It feels very awkward to speak or ask questions. No one turns on the camera when in Team meetings, so I do not know what anyone looks like. Issues everyday with connectivity, staying connected.

Serious lack of female leadership, outdated HR processes, extremely limited diversity (especially within IT), primitive technical understanding across the business, lack of technology strategy in order to remain competitive, no change management, poor (or undocumented) business processes, very low project management maturity, poor communication from the top down, majority of "managers" are just people who have hung on for years and not people who are any good at managing people
