      It would be helpful if people had the facts before posting things on this site and others like it. The Company did not lay off 10% of the workforce - that is simply incorrect.

      There are still too many negative employees that need to go elsewhere.

      Pros

      Worked well when you had a family issue arise.

      Cons

      Company just laid off 10% of its workforce. Top executives are hard to deal with. Each executive is out for their own good instead of what is good for the company. Therefore there is no common strategy from the top down.
