Pros
You can dress how you want
Cons
This is an extremely stressful job. If you are a commissioned sales rep you will be given horrible accounts and expected to grow them to unrealistic sales goals. You will be threatened frequently of being fired. Managers take long lunches, show up late, leave early and you will be reprimanded for taking lunch breaks. The reps who make good money all tend to be older white males who have been with the company for at least 20 years. You will be bullied into not using your PTO. When the weather is bad you will not be able to call off. Only 2-3 out of 12 reps can use vacation at a given time so if you want to be off around a holiday you probably won't be able to, unless you are in the "in crowd". Whatever your base salary is when you start, it will never increase. When you ask for a raise you will be told to "sell more". There is no room for advancement. White males get promoted. Lots of bullying. They will work you like a dog and you will not make much money.
