      I have found the company is highly ethical and is providing important solutions for energy, data centers, telecommunications and more.

      Cons

      However, I'm seeing that the good opportunities in this company tend to be in sales and project management. The opportunities for operations and logistics seem to be limited, unless you get lucky.

      If you're new, you will get a competitive salary for your position with a good work/life balance.

      Cons

      If you get a big promotion, HR will refuse to bump up your pay to your new position's salary range, opting to give you small 10% bumps every 6 months until you reach your salary range.
