Allow family members to work and get promoted- I thought it would be different once Wesco took over, but it is still the same old song and dance. Wifes, husbands, nephews, you name it, get the jobs that we work hard for, and then once they are in the jobs they sleep their way through them.

The acquisition of Anixter Inc has made Wesco a powerhouse in the industry and the combination of talent from both companies makes the future very bright indeed The leadership of the company are passionate and caring about their people There are 5 impactful Business Resource Groups that enable all employees to have a voice in creating the Wesco they want to see.

It’s a large company, operating in over 50 countries so it’s hard to get to know everyone.
