Not that many other than unlimited PTO and 401K matching at 8%.

Cons

Bad management. Boys club- no one really seems to like women being around and are often dismissive. Bad commission plan/structure. They actually make it harder to make your commission by tripling your required numbers every year. Commission is not based off of sales dollars, but a percent of a percent of a percent of your mark up per sale. It's the most unfair and strangest system I have ever seen. Lot's of unhappy employees.

My immediate team was very good to work with. Supervisors were mostly great, extremely knowledgeable, and the team as a whole is a great group. The employees who have been there for a long time know the system inside and out.

Cons

Sales department, some warehosue staff, and one or two supervisors were very adverse to changes in processes, even in the event that by not following the new process, client orders would be negatively impacted. This lead to some internal conflict, and periodically resulted in errors in orders or in orders being delayed to clients.
