Enjoyed the people that I worked with on a daily basis; had a manager that was invested in my professional development

Cons

Low pay; Expensive health insurance plans; Terrible HR department - said "No" to everything; Not much trust in senior leadership - reward themselves with big bonuses, car incentives, etc.; Spent lots of money on travel, etc. for senior leaders to fly to "leadership" conference in Florida when most of them were already at HQ in Pittsburgh - why not just hold the conference in PGH and save some dough for raises and bonuses for people who do the work!
