Pros

A lot of room for growth. Corporate tends to let the branches do things the way they'd like so you feel like you are working for a small business but still get the benefits of corporate America.

Cons

The company is unorganized. They send out weekly emails stating all they are doing for their employees but none of the benefits really ever get past corporate. A lot of restructuring. The company is able to keep "growing financially" because the continue to buy businesses.

Well established name, lots of resources.

Cons

Executive level cares more about Wall Street than Main Street. Antiquated systems combined with extreme micro management make WESCO a frustrating place to work. Once hired it is basically impossible to achieve significant pay increases with or without promotion.
