This place is nothing short of a disaster. In the almost two years I was there I saw over 25 people leave my department. With new management changes the situation only got worse. You're micro-managed to the extent of being monitored how many times you go to the bathroom. Everyday walking into this place felt like you were walking into a wake at a funeral home. Every one seems so depressed because they regret ever taking this position. They now are changing the position to telemarketing representative, so they can pay people significantly less and the new department head can show he cut costs to make bigger bonuses for himself. This place disgusts me beyond belief how they treat people.
