      Lots of career options to choose. Pretty good performance evaluation process. Organizational structure sound. Truly commited to LEAN Value Creation

      Lots of layers to the organization. Very slow to respond to change or to new opportunities. Disconnect between upper managment and field sales.

      WESCO is a company that treats its employees well and encourages ideas for improvement throughout all of its processes. It has good leadership and direction moving into the future. There are tremendous opportunities for moving up within this company. They provide excellent resources for gaining the knowledge required to be successful in this industry.
