Friendly environment, forward thinking, good opportunity, pay, and benefits. Love being part of a team with collaborative efforts. Customers are typically kind and helpful.

Cons

Stressful (like most call centers can be), some growing pains in management and higher tiers of the company due to high growth

Cons

Very High Stress both Mentally and Physically. Training definitely needs more organization and structure. There are way too many changes all at once, every day.
