      Benefit package (but the salary is under market)

      Cons

      They say the fish rots from the head down... Leadership doesn't understand the business and changes the comp plan when you win large business to reduce your commission. They also steal ideas and make them their own. They simply don't value top performers and the business is riddled with favoritism. Know your worth and go to a company that will value you.

      supportive coworkers/supervisors, ample training in some areas

      Cons

      customers were incredibly rude the majority of the time constant policy updates made it difficult to know what to tell customers very strict adherence schedule
