Pros
The culture is amazing! It's positive, supportive, open, encouraging, committed, dedicated, etc. Some of the tech is very forward looking (like actually using AI & ML in production and for practical purposes). Benefits are really strong. The senior management leads from the front and means what they say, carried through by their actions and actions of their leaders.
Cons
Some of the tech is legacy and challenging to work with Sometimes client commitment take over doing the right thing in order to do the fast thing While pretty limited, there is some cross-department politics -- but much less than other companies I've been at
