      Pros

      WEX is great if you really enjoy a fast paced environment, are flexible and open to change, and like to improve processes. The company itself is very community driven and has a lot of events to help charities and support social justice movements. They have also been great with employees during the pandemic.

      Cons

      One of the only cons that I can think of is communication coming from the top down can sometimes feel like a game of telephone or communication gets sent out right before they have the deadline for whatever is being asked for. It’s gotten a lot better over the past two years though.

      This is a great place to work; people here are friendly; the company provides numerous learning opportunities and training; a good work environment;

      Cons

      There is not much to write about cons. The work is hectic which is usually the case for most companies anyway.

      Pros

      This place has a great opportunity to make good money but I wasn't very lucky to get a warm lead in my position , cold calling most of the time.

      Cons

      Poor of management ,Training is based on shadowing , i received my training on salesforce virtually after 2 months of getting the job . Lake of marketing you have to get you leads from cold calling if you are outbound sales.
