The Solution Analyst team was once renowned for its excellence, but has unfortunately fallen into disarray in recent years. The expectations are now set are unreasonably high, while the compensation remains notably inadequate. What was once supportive management has now shown little regard for the SA team. The departure of the only supportive manager to another WEX team was understandable. Shockingly, it was revealed that leadership engaged in derogatory remarks about the team, referring to us disrespectfully as “A** Clowns”. Instead of guiding, they belittle the SA team with their condescending attitude.

Pay raises are .30- .40 at most. They've been outsourcing and laying off employees. The future of this business is very concerning.
