      Pros

      Logo is nice. Laptop they issue are sometimes working.

      Cons

      Reorgs happen every other year. Very few people have confidence as leadership keeps changing No one has any surety about their job.

      When you see the business for what it is the only pro is the amount of holiday allowance that is given

      The most unorganised company I have ever worked for ran by uninformed members of a 'big boys' club'. There is error upon error in terms of the management structure/generally the way in which the business operates. Most of management are where they are in the pecking order due to who they know not what they know and it really shows within the business.
