      Time off is flexible Good selection of ERG's DEI friendly

      Cons

      Sometimes a bit all over the place. Raises lag in relation to inflation and also amount of work needed. Responsibilities increase when people are laid off or just not replacing turnover, doing more with less. Focus on AI tools which is not in itself bad but it does make one wonder how long before those tools replace more of us.
