      WEX is a great company to work for. The people are smart, experienced and diverse. The global expansion and product portfolio makes every day challenging and fun. Our customers are from some of the most successful companies in the world. What a great recipe for success.

      Cons

      A growing business means lots of change and aggressive timelines. There is always more work than can be accomplished and the days are unusually long due to global partnerships. While challenging, it is a good problem to have.

      Pros

      Great pay, with excellent benefits and bonuses. The people are friendly and the atmosphere is fun. This company is also very active in the community including fundraising and charity work.

      Cons

      Favoritism and power trips happen often. Easy to get lost in the crowd and not be recognized for true efforts. Can be hard to get a promotion and they will downsize and throw more work at you if you are lucky to still be there.
