      WEX is full of great, dedicated people that possess a real "can do" attitude. It is a vibrant and energetic place to work. The leadership team is engaged and empower us as a team.

      Cons

      There is a resistance to change in some circles. Even though WEX is often referred to as a start up, it can exhibit surprising resistance to change. People need to get over it and recognize how dynamic the market is.

      Great group of people to work with. South Portland Maine is a nice location. Have a great business model.

      Cons

      Some older employees have a tougher time with progressive ideas. Can be difficult to get promotion opportunities.
