Profitable Company Mostly cares about employees flexible growing mostly good people fun environment most of the time

WEX is CONSTANTLY re-organizing it's self, which makes life difficult for all employees. Leadership is very top-heavy . Relatively young leadership which makes it feel as though opportunities aren't there for advancement concise decision making of leadership leaves a lot to be desired
