Pros
Some great talent, albeit not very much so at the management level. Offers good PTO time option. Some flexibility with with hours. Since I only stayed a few years, can't say as I saw a lot of pros at this place.
Cons
I left because I was tired of the grade school work environment. I missed working with adults. Way too top heavy with management. A lot of female management but a definite bias against women. Sat through a ton of meetings with some pompous guy going off in something and no one blinked an eye. A woman made a similar argument and she was immediately labeled as "difficult to work with". For a supposed "tech company", very antiquated systems and not investing in workforce to manage.
