      Many good people. Growth by acquisition means diversity of thoughts and practice which creates opportunity.

      Cons

      Very political and driven hard by the need to impress Wall Street every month. Executives are completely tone deaf about the real employee life - it's almost as if they are talking about a different company. That external, public market focus and strategy makes it hard to get things done as priorities shift often and people move around a lot.
