Pros
Benefits, PTO, more insurance then you possibly need or want.
Cons
They use benefits to get people in the door and it is all down hill after that. Executive Leadership is out of touch with low level management, team leaders and front line staff. DEI is also to get people in the door but no training of any significance to ensure the company is actually treating all employees fairly. They report quarter after quarter of record numbers yet have not made any inflation adjustments to pay and yearly merit raises have been subpar since Covid.
