The structure of the overall training, lack of mentors in particular departments to assist or guide. Several tasks, applications and approaches to utilize from, in which you wear many hats doesn’t aligned with the pay scale. You will in turn have transferable skills under your belt, because your doing almost the work of a Microsoft, ibm, oracle or Google employee and your honing the skills from using several applications that align with a IT Specialist etc for lessor pay.
